My old journeyman belt lasted 10 years through everyday wear at work and play. Had to replace the belt as the 2nd eyelet started to rip. I anticipate this belt will last 10 years.
Thank you Carhartt for great product.

Solid construction, comfortable and secure fit. Accurate sizing. Deserving of the Carhart label. Buy it!!

I don’t get too excited about belts, but hear ya go….
It’s wide and flexible, the buckle itself seems to be solid. It takes up most of the space in the pant belt loop so there isn’t much room for it to move up or down. It cuts down on any adjustments needing to be made. It also doesn’t seem to move when in place, so the buckle is always in the center of the zipper. There are plenty of holes to adequately keep your pants snug.
It serves the purpose….

Great BELT! True Carhartt quality. Heavy Leather (not laminated) Has held up for over 2 years. Best belt I have. Thanks for not Changing this like you did with the double front Logger Jeans.

Good durable belt. Size is a little miss leading, unless I’m fatter than what I think. Wear a size 34 pants and ordered belt per size chart and was too small. Returned and ordered next size up, too small. Returned and ordered next size up and got one to fit.

I’m a corporate chef and couldn’t be happier with this belt. When shopping for belts, I was surprised at how difficult it was to find something with my desired characteristics – no shiny buckles, rivets, or loops; no obvious logos; a matte finish that helps hide scuffs; thick leather that doesn’t become deformed after pulling it tight day-in and day-out; and wide enough so that it doesn’t cut into my waist, yet narrow enough to fit through standard belt loops. This belt hits on all these marks, _and_ it can take a beating. A great belt that has lasted through years of daily use at work and on my days off with jeans. Strongly recommended.

This belt was a Xmas present for my college age son. He works landscaping in Atlanta on his school breaks. This belt has been worn for a few days on Spring Break and for 1/2 May, June, July, and 1/2 August. Granted, it’s hot, humid and he’s unbelievably sweaty, but it should last longer than 4 months.

The black one was too thick (the leather.) If you have one 1/2 as thick I’d be interested. The brown one was fien.

It smells really strong as it was put in a vat of cotton candy sugar and left there. Its hanging in my garage airing out. I can’t wear it as a result.

It was exactly what was ordered. My husband has worn these belts for years and after several years of use I replace them.

I bought this belt from Tractor Supply over two years ago and It is the sturdiest belt I’ve ever worn. I have worked construction, all year round and have worn this belt everyday with no fuss. Its a nice leather and gets softer as you wear it. The buckle is stout and sturdy. I would buy another one but I think this belt has years of use to come out of it still. I have not been easy on this belt and its worn all day, every day.

I have had this belt for 11 years now, I’m 21 and I got it as a gift when I was about 10 or 11 when I first started hunting, been wearing it everyday since and it is getting pretty thin in a few places now but still totally works, I will be buying another in a few years when this one finally snaps but worth every penny sincerely

Great quality belt. I ordered a 36 in belt to go with my not tight 36-inch jeans. Belt is too short. I was barely able to get it buckled into the last hole.

My husband loves his belt. The quality and craftsmanship is designed to last.

I don’t think it’s leather. Doesn’t handle right, can’t soak up leather balm and seems to be likely to delaminate. It’s cheap, but good leather would be worth a few $ more. Guys, we wear Carrhart to work a long time? and look better with age. Like me? This one won’t make it

I bought the belt but it only lasted me about 6 months. The belt itself is great but the buckle broke during work which was quite a pain. I’ve bought a lot of Carhart products. Everything from boots and jackets to cat2 FR clothing and it’s all great quality but the buckle should have lasted way longer. I didn’t really put a lot of strain on it ether but if I did you would figure a belt with the name “journeyman” would have been able to take some work abuse. Maybe I’m just unlucky but it is quite unfortunate.
