I love these shirts. They are extremely comfortable. They are generously cut with plenty of room in the body and sleeves. They are the perfect weight, not heavy but just heavy enough.

After washing and drying the fabric is wrinkled and has to be pressed.

I love the shirt. Bought 2 to try, then 2 more. They fit great after washing as it was a tad too big. Very comfortable. My wife calls them my uniform, and perhaps it is. I wear one most everyday.

I have purchased several “relaxed fit” Carhartt shirts (size large) the past few years as well as other Carhartt items and the fit has been good. These shirts are “loose fit” and they are WAY looser to the point there is far too much fabric in the sleeves and back. The quality may still be there but even after washing in hot water and drying in hot dryer the fit is so far off I will not wear the shirt.

True to size Medium for me, (male 5’10” 170). I now know the right size for shirts from Carhartt. I don’t like the shirt, but I will wear it. It is just a feel. and style thing. So far I have ordered socks and they are great, I got a Shirt Jac it is fantastic, and now this shirt. Very satisfied with the service, quality, price, and fit of all 3 items.

It is impossible to buy a work shirt sized XL Tall in Australia. Despite Carhartt not shipping to my address in Australia, I order shirts directly from Carhartt’s US website because this size is nearly always in stock. I’m happy to pay a parcel forwarder to send my order on to Australia. The shirt quality and fit are excellent. The midweight fabric may be slightly on the warm side when worn during a Queensland summer, but it’s nice to have sleeves extending past my wrists rather than terminating on my forearm!

I purchased two of these shirts.
Pros – Fit well, comfortable, long tails, button hole at front bottom that is turned sideways to help prevent unbuttoned.
Cons – fabric on one shirt faded in streaks within 2 washes, fabric wears out very quickly for Carhartt gear (I expected it to last at least a year but within a few months of wear both shirts experienced tearing of the fabric that when repaired only tore again right next to the repair).

Great work shirt, lots of room, they do run a little big. I’m 6’2″ 240lbs and I normally wear 2XL l went down to a XL.

Do youbhave any idea how big a human wrist is? All the wrist sizes are to big shirts and coats. Can you fix that please use real live people when sizing the wrist of clothing.

My husband love this shirt! Fabric weight is perfect for Summer and the button pockets keep glasses, pens, etc from falling out. The loose fit is comfortable while working.Launders well. Would recommend!

I bought this shirt for my husband because a large size is too snug and an X-Large size is like a tent, we joke! But the loose fit medium is just right! He looks so dapper in it. I only wish it was available in more colors and patterns!

I like the shirt. The “loose fit” is very comfortable, but a bit more loose than anticipated. My only other issue is that the chambray material doesn’t iron too well. But that seems to be the norm for Carhartt work shirt fabrjcs.

I get that loose fit means loose… but this was excessive. I consistently wear large and was still drowning in it. It fit my dad who wears XL perfectly. I would have got a medium or small in retrospect.

This is one of the best chambray (if not THE best) work shirts I’ve found. And I’ve been hooked on chambray shirts for around 60 years. I’m impressed with the apparent ruggedness of the fabric and the medium weight makes it possible to wear year ‘round. The loose fit and cut of the sleeves make it to roll up past the elbow. The loose fit also makes this shirt easy to work in but not so loose that it presents a danger while using power tools. Would I wear this shirt with a tie and slacks were I 50 years younger? Probably, but I was a hippie. I recommend the shirt as daily all-round, comfortable for chores and errands. But does spiff up with a little starch and an iron. After all, the shirt has a button down collar. Which I could live without.

Size is much larger than anticipated. Fabric feels cheap compared to the short sleeve shirt I ordered over the summer. I would not purchase this product again.

My husband David loved the shirt. My husband David is 6’3″ long sleeve shirts don’t fit him until now. Any guy that is 6ft or taller and have a hard time finding long sleeve shirts will now be able to wear them with this shirt

I’ve been wearing these shirts daily since circa 2008. I usually have 10-12 hanging in my closet at any time. I’ve watched the quality slowly decline. (Thinner fabric, less full cuts) They are still a reasonable purchase, but I am on the look-out for a replacement brand.

I just reordered two relaxed fit and I hope for the best. I could not locate normal lashes large on the website which is the size indicated on my existing Carhartt shirt that I was trying to replace

I have an older version of this shirt that is my favorite work shirt. I bought two more, they are huge on me, all three shirts are small. I am 6′ tall and very thin. Please make shirts that fit people that aren’t giants.

I like the look of a chambray shirt. This shirt is fine. It seemed a bit too
large and even washing and drying it on hot, it didn’t shrink much.
Still, it is what I was looking for (it was difficult to fine in any store).
