This long sleeve shirt is made of great quality. I had the short sleeve version with the reflective stripes that were solid and it made it hard to move in the shirt. This shirt has the upgraded reflective which is more flexible. This shirt fits well and is very comfortable. This shirt is very good at breathing and keeps you cool on those warmer days. I like the black bottom on the front as it helps to hide some of the dirt. I would highly recommend this shirt!

If you are looking for full arm coverage without the sweat house that comes with it, if so then this is it! The fine mesh fabric is super breathable but also very soft on bare skin so no need for even MORE layers. The garment is packed with lots of other features so I’ll boil them down to an overall bullet list of my thoughts. For full review and more pics check out civilgear.wordpress.comHIGHLIGHTS*VERY breathable all the way around*Fabric is very soft on bare skin and haven’t experienced any chafing*Special under arm material for even more air flow is AMAZING*Special segmented retro-reflective strips are even more flexible and less shape holding than normal reflective sheeting*Good length for tucking or not (I’m 6’2″)*Maintains professional look by hiding dirt using strategically placed black fabric, especially love that it’s around the neck too*High UPF 30 (ultraviolet protection factor) means more than 96% of UV is blocked and rated for 75 washes*Ergodyne logo on back not too big to be misinterpreted as your company name, and is also retro reflective*Front chest pocket can hold a decent-sized smart phone*Neck seams in back are covered to prevent chafingOBSERVATIONS*The black waist and the black arm cuffs are not the same length, thereby creating a kind of juxtaposition making the waist overall appear a little high. I’d suggest wearing black pants to match the long sleeve version or to tuck it in.*I would have liked a hi-vis strip around the fore-arm somewhere to show my movements in the dark.COLORSRegarding your choice of color, if you traditionally wear a hi-vis vest and plan to continue to do so, I’d suggest getting the opposite color of your vest for increase visibility. If things are really heating up for you and you plan on ditching the vest, I’d say chose a color that matches your vest. Of course different industries lean towards one color or another, but the key is to have as much contrast to the background of the site you’re working at or the contrast of your own attire.DESIGN & FITI’m 6’2″ and about a 41 size jacket, and I chose size L for both (available in S to 5XL, see the size chart) and it fits great.
